Food: Friday–Sunday buyouts: when our Proof Pizza truck is open, food can be offered as part of your event. Prefer to bring your own food on Friday–Sunday? An outside food fee applies, and Proof Pizza can still be available to guests or closed for your event — your choice. Monday–Thursday buyouts: you’re welcome to bring your own food at no charge.
The fine print: Prices exclude sales tax. A 20% gratuity is added to the package price. Package cocktail counts are per event, not per guest. Guests must be 21+ to drink. Tent, table rentals, and decorations are the responsibility of the renter.
